Sean Robertson - Hot Springs, AR-based Chef

Based in Hot Springs, AR, Sean Robertson has more than a decade of experience working in the hospitality industry. He is trained in preparing Italian and French cuisines, and he also has experience with Brazilian, Irish/British Isles, South American, Creole, and New American cuisines. In 2009, Sean Robertson earned his AAS in culinary arts from the Orlando Culinary Academy, becoming an American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian.

From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Robertson worked as a sous-chef and kitchen manager at Angels in the Park, a restaurant in Hot Springs, AR. His role with Angels in the Park involved managing day-to-day back-of-house operations. He was also in charge of employee training and development, and also worked with the executive chef to implement improvement training and development protocols.

In 2017, Sean Robertson served as a cook at Cajun Boilers Seafood. Here, he worked with the kitchen manager and other crew members to prepare and serve for a high-volume Cajun-themed seafood restaurant. He also educated serving staff on menu items, including ingredients, possible allergens, and preparation methods.

Sean Robertson also owns MoodHop Studios and MoodHop Music. As a music producer, he leads the operations of a small independent record label, and also records and distributes his own music.
